Just my first little work.

Hey hey guys. This was a nice rough draft of something i did for school. Some people liked it so hey check it out. I dont even have a title for it so..yeah hehe.

Was this it? Was this my final time looking at the oh so blue sky above me? My body fells so numb and I can barely hear. Last I remember I was fighting, yes fighting the large worm like creatures in on the street. There slimy tongues sticking out like straws and there eyes like Jello in there heads. One would wonder why a 15 year old was fighting monsters like this but the truth is me and my friends are the only ones who can. We received the gift of transformation from android named Haxor. Heh I remember his name was very funny to me but he was so stern when I commented on it. His eyes jet red and set straight on me. I tensed up and respected him after that. I wonder if I will see him again? Thinking about it why didn't Haxor give the power to transform into powerful heroes to army men or cops. Maybe if I get up and get out of this I can ask him over a cup of noodle soup. My body is starting to feel better now it must be the effects of the self healing that our powers give us. With this movement I better see what I can. Turning my head to the left I can see a Pink suited warrior battling two of the worm creatures and fending them off. Jessica was her name very tough and stubborn but she had a big heart. She was the tougher one on the team always getting the job done when our leader asked her. It was odd to me that she got the color pink and not the leader role but she said she didn't mind being pink. It made her more ladylike she said, I had to chuckle at that as you couldn't image her as a lady. I noticed a flash of green to the side of her as my other comrade in a green suit kicked one of the worm creatures advancing on Jess. Arnold,The joker on the team always in trouble that we have to pull him out of. Although at the moment it was I who was in trouble and while it made me sick to be so defenseless now I knew I would get in the way if I attempted to get up before being fully healed. Then thats when I saw him, my knight in shining red armor. He knelled down next to me and held my head up gazing into my eyes.
“Are you okay?” My knight said cupping my head with his soft glove feeling for any cuts.
I smiled my best as him gripping the worried hand on my chest firmly. His eyes lit up in delight
and be held me more as I tried to speak to my leader,my knight,my love.
“I'm fine just got the wind knocked out of me” I spoke softly barely finding my voice as I was embraced by him.
“Good I didn't know what to think when that creep blasted you down. The other worms seem to be retreating now. Can you move?”
“I think I can” I spoke again and placed my hands on the ground beside me pushing my body up. I felt his hand on my back guiding me and I felt safe at that moment. Sitting up straight the last shots of pain dissapered from my body as the healing completes. I smile wearily at him as the other two team members close in.
“Robbie dude we smoked those guys while you laid here on your back!” Arnold spoke with a laugh. Which was hushed as a hand met his face from Jess, I giggled as she glared at him and leaned down to me.
“You okay Robbie? Your boyfriend here screamed and started beating worms left and right” She spoke looking over at him.
I had to giggle as I looked at him. A heavy blush forming on his high cheeks with his dark eyes looking down to the ground. He coughed a bit noticing activity slowly returning to the street and with us all demorphed we couldn't risk exposure.
“Let's get out of here now.” He spoke in a commanding tone sending a small shiver down my spine. He was that effective when he spoke it was something to behold really.
“Okay okay oh great Chris!” Arnold spoke in a mocking tone.
I boosted myself to my feet my body gaining back all strength and followed Chris to a alley that was well out of sight of the battle. Taking one final look around Chris nodded and tapped his earring in his left ear. In a instant he started to glow red before dissapering into the air. The others did the same tapping motion leaving in Pink and Green light. I sighed to myself and tapped my left ear as well bracing myself for the dreaded teleport effect. My mind started to swirl as bright blue light surrounded me. I closed my eyes as I felt my body literally ripping apart into tiny particles mixing with the warm light on my body. Then came the Stomach churning shot of energy that I had to sit threw as my being was shifted away from the alley and soon enough was inside of a building. I took a moment to clear my head as my body was pieced back together and the blue light subsided. I looked around smiling at the familiar surroundings. Metal walls,computer monitors and a even larger monitor on the wall. Our command base which was actually just Haxor's ship crashed on earth. The others where already at Haxor's side reporting what happened as always. I inched forward to join them getting a welcoming nod from jess as Chris kept on his report. Our Mission before I was knocked out was to stop a build up of these worm creatures in the metro area. Unfortunate we where unsuccessful at fully stopping the worms as they outnumbered us when it started. I felt quite responsible for not helping more in that conflict as it would of meant stopping more of the worms from killing more innocents.
I stepped back once the report was done and went over to a side panel pretending to check the ships systems. My eyes where focused on the dancing lights of the buttons on the panel until I felt a gentle hand run over my back softly dragging me out of my trance.
“You okay there Robbie?” Came the soft voice of Chris in my ear calming my senses instantly.
“I'm okay although I hate that I messed everything up” All I could say really as I turned my attention to him already lost in his deep eyes. I saw a smile forming over his lips and another hand fell onto my shoulder pulling me closer into a hug. I wrapped my arms on him and closed my eyes into his chest as I heard his voice yet again.
“It's not your fault Robbie. They overwhelmed us thats all.”
His voice gave me a clearer head and for a moment I forgot anyone was there. I wasn't until I heard a cough that I came to my senses seeing the dead red eyes of Haxor on me and chris. I straightened up letting go of chris and I nodded to Haxor.
“Hello Haxor” I said with a bow to show respect to him. Haxor only nodded back the same emotionless face as always moving to me to check if my healing was fully complete even if he knew it was. It was odd having his fingers glide over my form not human but with a human like feel. Once he was done he pulled back and nodded.
“Seems healing was successful.” He turns from me and I rub my head giving a bit of a smile. Jess just giggles a bit and Arnold gives a goofy grin. Haxor moved to the main panel and when that happened it was time for us to listen. I sat there and Haxor detailed our next strike we would hit them at night this time while the night hunters where out. Worms have a thing about only sending a few troops out at night the remainder always stick together in their base which would be our chance as Haxor explained. We would go in and set up charges in the warehouse and make it go up and smoke. Buildings would be empty then and we could claim it as a random act of some bomber.
Haxor gave us all until midnight before the plan would start until then we where free while he set things up. A entire midday free to do whatever was a bit daunting as I had already finished homework and my little on line game I played wasn't doing anything special today. I walked around my house now staring at the wooden table in the center and the dark fridge in the corner. I was bored out my mind at the moment but what else could I do? Just then there was a knock at my door and considering the time it could of been a mail carrier. I ran to it and stood up on my toes peeping threw the extra tall peephole my dad installed. The image on the other side sent me a flutter as my hands reached for the knob yanking the door open and staring at my prince. Chris smiled holding a bag with the Taco bell symbolic bell on it.
“Oh, brought me dinner Mr carrier?” I said trying to really bring out a sexy tone. Apparently it got to chris and his smile widened and he held the bag up.
“Enough for two here.” Thats all I needed to hear seeing those dark eyes focus on me I grabbed his shirt and pulled him in deciding this was the perfect time to share with him.
Midnight soon came and we all met back in our command center. Haxor detailed the plan to us perfectly with each role we would do. I glanced to my left seeing Chris soak all this information in like a sponge. His mind was focused entirely on the mission specs changing from the tender guy from early with his loving eyes. It was something I adored most about him he knew when to be a leader and when to be a lover. Balance was what Chris was about and not I see why he was our leader. I felt a sharp poke at my side and turned to see the grinning smile of Arnold teasing me out of my day dream.
“Pay attention lover boy!” He spoke quietly to me.
I frowned and didn't respond looking at Haxor's plan. Arnold was so annoying with his greasy hair and kiddish smile. Really got on my nerves how he would act. It took a lot to ignore him when he was always there like a fly. Haxor turned to us and nodded prepared for use to leave and get this over with. As I turned I noticed jess looking eager as she cracked her knuckles. Sometimes I wise I had her enthusiasm for this type of work. She always brought the team to fighting form by hyping us up for battle it was something only she could do.
“Ready guys?” Jess said her voice filling me with the drive to do this. The Will to fight despite my age and despite the possibility of dying. Chris nodded and stepped forward to take command taking out a silver circle device in his hand surrounded by a design of a dragon. Thrusting it forward his voice rang out to each of us as he spoke “Ranger armor UP!” We each followed in cue and soon we where off to fight another mission together as a team. A mission no other human could do and this time I wasn't going to get knocked on my back.
